Step 1: Discuss

If you are coming into our showroom, you have planned and dreamed of new counters for a while. If you are just starting to get an idea, lucky for you, we have a team of excellent representatives ready to help.

You will want to share your inspiration with our team, who are excited about your project! We want to hear what colors and materials you’re thinking of. Do you want to brighten your space or make it moody? We want to know your backsplash ideas, sink and faucet inspiration, and even your budget for your project.

Step 2: Educate

While Rocktops loves excellent design, it is important to us that we educate our customers on what is functional and best fits their needs. Many people don’t realize how much goes into the production of functional countertops. 

Education is essential, so we will go above and beyond to discuss everything with you. From the pros and cons of the material, costs, overhang support, and hidden obstacles. Down to possible cabinet modifications, potential seam placement, preparing your area, and what to expect with installation. The list can go on, and we’re dedicated to answering your questions. In return, we get a smooth process.

Step 3: Measure

Plan to join us for templating; if you are working with a contractor or designer, it’s helpful when they are there for this part of the process too. Get an on-site Q&A session where we’ll review job details and provide a laser template. After the template, our team will check all the details and send you a final approval to start your project.

Step 4: Fabricate

We fabricate your designs in-house, from layout and cutting to final quality control. Our fabricated stone is install-ready and is finalized according to your preferences. While some of our work is done by our CNC Router for the ultimate precision cutting. Most of it is done by the hands of our skilled fabrication team.  

Step 5: Install

The hard work doesn’t stop after the fabrication stage; it continues to everyone’s favorite and most exciting part, the installation.

We provide an estimated arrival window for the day of installation. However, a specific timeslot cannot be provided depending on the timeline of other jobs scheduled that day. We always appreciate your time and flexibility in scheduling your installation. 

To ensure safety, we ask that you provide a clear, obstacle-free pathway for our install crews and that children and pets are kept free of the work zone. Our team will be hard at work to install what you have been envisioning in your project. Everyone wins with a smooth installation process, and you can sit back and enjoy your new space!

Step 6: Support
